Mark Larinde, D.C.
Dr. Mark Larinde, D.C., is a highly skilled and trusted care provider for patients in Santa Monica, as well as the greater Los Angeles area. With more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare field, Dr. Larinde, has the depth of knowledge and skill needed to successfully help patients with numerous conditions to include sports and work-related injuries, vertebral disc issues such as disc herniations that create sciatic pain, spinal stenosis, peripheral neuropathy, headaches, and other pain-causing conditions both chronic and acute. His welcoming and friendly demeanor help patients feel comfortable and energized about improving their health.
Dr. Larinde earned his Chiropractic degree in 1996 from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, and soon began his practice the following year. A native of Santa Monica, Dr. Larinde has treated patients in the Los Angeles and Orange Counties and continues to give back to his community by taking care of his patients with the utmost care and service.
As a long-distance runner, he continues to participate in local events such as the Santa Monica 10k and the Los Angeles Marathon and strives to be an example of health to his patients. In addition, he also enjoys playing bass and is a member of several bands and trios around the LA and Orange County area.
Dr. Larinde, a ’96 graduate of Los Angeles College of Chiropractic, specializes in Injury Rehabilitation and Prevention, helping guide patients to make a complete and long lasting recovery.

Melanie Larinde, Ph.D.
Dr. Melanie Larinde has spent a lifetime in the Health and Wellness field, beginning with collegiate Strength Training and Physical Fitness programs, followed by research and study in Structural Integration, Yoga, Meditation and Nutrition. Over the past several decades, she continues to incorporate these methods into her and her family’s life and has personally witnessed major improvements in mood, body appearance, physical strength, and mental focus. Based on the interconnectedness of these modalities and their effectiveness, she has developed successful and motivating programs to help others follow suit, witnessing vast improvements in their lives including weight loss, sustained energy, improved mood, and better relationships with their partner. She is the author of the book Food, Mood, and Attitude, helping numerous individuals return to their natural state of health through methods including meal preparation, movement, and journaling.
In addition to Nutritional Counseling, she incorporates modalities such as healing past trauma in the Emotional Health arena and the benefits of physical movement on releasing toxins from our internal organs. Her books and research impact readers and participants across the globe in multiple facets which then ripple out to their family, friends and community.
Her love of people is the catalyst fueling her passion to educate others in finding the best possible version of themselves for a vibrant, well-intentioned, and purposeful life, immersing herself in teaching her patients what she has uncovered through her research and personal experiences over the course of four decades.

Brittany Rand stands at the intersection of artistry and fitness, embodying the spirit of resilience and passion. With a rich history as a professional ballet dancer, she has graced the stages of major prestigious ballet companies across America, including the Joffrey Ballet, Boston Ballet, Nashville Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Ballet West, Los Angeles Ballet, and Hollywood Ballet. Throughout her ballet career, Brittany faced challenges, including several knee surgeries and injuries. In her quest for physical excellence and injury prevention, she discovered the transformative power of cross-training. This revelation not only enhanced her ballet career but also inspired her to delve deeper into the realm of fitness.
Brittany’s journey led her to become not just a renowned ballet dancer but also a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and a dedicated Pure Barre instructor. Her passion for movement and holistic well-being fueled her desire to share her knowledge with others. Motivated by her own experiences, she developed a unique approach to teaching, incorporating elements of ballet, cross-training, and physical therapy recovery exercises into her classes.
