We are engineered for walking, and our ancestors walked for miles each day. As a natural form of exercise, why not build walking into a regular workout? Pick different terrain, hike trails, build challenging routes, and add in weight bearing exercises to make it a total body workout. While you’re at it, call up a friend and encourage each other to walk regularly.
